Delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days within Europe, depending on destination. Free shipping is offered on all orders over €35.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their goods (Directive 2011/83/EU). HAGRID LLC extends this to 30 days as a commercial courtesy. Full details are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
