This Shipping Policy describes how Nuvia LLC ("we", "us", "our") processes and delivers orders placed through our online store. All prices are in Euros (EUR €). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.



1. Order Processing Time

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Northern Europe (SE, NO, DK, FI): 5–9 business days

  • Eastern Europe (PL, CZ, RO, HU, etc.): 6–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total order value:

5. Tracking Your Order

Nuvia LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.



7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates

  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation

  3. Contact your local postal service or carrier

We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow [X] business days for the investigation to be completed. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund in Euros (€).



8. Damaged in Transit

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Nuvia LLC cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
